Terms & Conditions and Service Disclosures
By booking a service with North East Auto Detailing, you agree to the following terms:

As a mobile detailing service, we require a safe, legal, and an adequately sized space to perform our work.
Water & Power: We currently require access to an outdoor water tap and a standard electrical outlet within 15 meters of the vehicle. If you cannot provide these, please notify us prior to your appointment to discuss alternative arrangements.
Parking Location: We cannot detail vehicles parked on busy main roads, pay-and-display zones, or in tight multi-story car parks where our equipment poses a hazard, or we cannot fully open all vehicle doors, or in which the location or environment poses a threat to the health and safety of the detailer, or possible damage to their equipment.
North East Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse service at any time under these terms.

All prices listed on our website are starting prices based on vehicles in average condition.
Visual Inspection: We reserve the right to alter the final price upon visual inspection of the vehicle on the day of the appointment.
Surcharges: Heavy stains, excessive pet hair, mold, vomit, or biohazards will incur additional charges (starting from €20). We will always discuss this with you and get your approval before beginning the work.
Upfront Payment The full balance must be paid in cash immediately upon completion of the detail and handover of the keys. Please ensure you have the correct cash amount available on the day of your appointment. At this time, we do not accept bank transfers, cheques, or card payments.
North East Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse service at any time under these terms.

Please remove all personal items and valuables from the vehicle that you do not wish to be discarded, (including the boot, glovebox, center console, etc.,) prior to our arrival.
We will not clean inside a glovebox or center console unless it is completely empty of personal belongings.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items left inside the vehicle.
North East Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse service at any time under these terms.

Detailing involves deep cleaning that may reveal pre-existing imperfections that were previously hidden by dirt or grime.
Paint & Interior: We are not responsible for pre-existing peeling clear coat, flaking and scratched paint, torn upholstery, or loose interior trim.
Stains & Odors: While we use professional-grade chemicals and hot water extraction, some stains (e.gdye transfer or long-standing chemical spills) may permanently alter the pigmentation of the fabric and cannot be 100% removed.

Because we operate outside, our services are heavily weather-dependent.
Weather: In the event of heavy rain, high winds, or freezing temperatures, we may need to reschedule your appointment for the next available date. North East Auto Detailing reserves the right to cancel a service at any time in the event of a weather warning in the service area.
Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

By enrolling in the Maintenance Program, clients agree to abide by these Terms and acknowledge their understanding of the business operations, requirements, and responsibilities outlined below.
Program Eligibility & The Prerequisite
To qualify for the North East Auto Detailing Maintenance Program, clients must first complete a Full Interior and Exterior Detail at the standard listed rate. Once the vehicle is brought back to the required baseline standard, clients may sign up for the Maintenance Program via the website.
Maintenance Schedule and Frequency
Schedule: Maintenance details must be scheduled and completed within a 4 to 8 week interval after the initial Full Interior and Exterior Detail or the previous maintenance visit.
Missed Intervals: Failure to maintain the required interval (exceeding 8 weeks) will result in failure to qualify for program eligibility, and the client must book a Full Interior and Exterior Detail at the standard listed rate to re-enroll in the Maintenance Program.
Service Pricing & Surcharges
The Maintenance Program covers standard dirt and dust accumulation over the 4 to 8 week period. If the vehicle is subjected to extreme conditions between maintenance bookings, (e.g., heavy mud, new pet hair, fresh coffee spills, or biohazards), North East Auto Detailing has the right to alter the final price upon visual inspection of the vehicle on the day of the appointment.
Rates are subject to change based on vehicle condition and size. Clients will be notified of any changes to pricing before the service begins.

If you select our Engine Bay Detail, please note that while we use low-pressure water, safe degreasers, and cover sensitive areas (alternators, intakes), washing an engine bay carries inherent risks. North East Auto Detailing is not liable for any mechanical or electrical issues that arise after an engine bay cleaning. This service is performed strictly at the owner's risk.
